Call-Center Operator (English)

About the Role
We seek a dynamic English Telephone Pre-Qualifier Agent to be the first point of contact for potential retail investors. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a knack for creating meaningful conversations over the phone, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to potential retail investors using an automatic dialer.
Verify and update contact details in the system accurately.
Clearly and concisely explain investment opportunities to pique interest.
Ask 6-7 strategic questions to understand the prospect's personal and financial status, including income and economic interests.
Schedule call-back appointments with a Trading Specialist to continue the conversation.

Requirements

Fluency in English: High-level spoken English is a must.
Experience in telesales or call center environments is a strong advantage.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle call schedules efficiently.
