Business Trainer

We announce a new vacant position of company Business Trainer for soft competencies development for CR new employees and company dealers’ staff.
The main focus of activities for this position includes: designing learning solutions and conducting trainings based on the development needs of the company, analyzing and selecting the most appropriate strategy, methodologies and technologies to maximize the learning experience. Evaluating the staff progress and making recommendations as required will be an additional role of the incumbent.
Qualification and experience:
- University degree preferably psychology, sociology, economics;
- At least 2 years of experience in the related area.
Personal profile:
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills;
- Advanced presentation skills are required;
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the course of work;
- Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously;
- Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills;
- Good command of Romanian, Russian and English.
- Responsible, organized, good analytical skills, able to meet deadlines.
