Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to breakdown calls during afterhours shift.
- Provide timely assistance or dispatch to ensure a smooth resolution with the drivers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong English-communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with relevant software applications (samsara, microsoft office).
- Flexibility to work evening and overnight.
