We are a facility management company based in Oslo, Norway. We also have a Backoffice in Chisinau in Moldova. www.servicebedriftenmyhre.no
Our costumers are commercial building owners and apartment building owners. We deliver services to the buildings and we are managing the buildings for the owners.
You will be a part of our Team and will help us with our day to day running of the company and having contact with our costumers and follow up our employees.
We need a person that can work online and help us with different administrative tasks. This includes updating our facility management system , updating our webpage, updating our other systems, register jobs/tasks in to our facility management system, updating our online course, order supplies and goods from our suppliers, etc.
You also need to do some simple accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, invoicing, registering of invoices.
You will be required to be connected on Skype during working hours and have a online video and sound connection with our remote team and office in Oslo at all time. Your screens needs to be connected to our system, shared or connected by Team Viewer the whole time. In the lunch break you can connect off. We want to create the feeling that you are working in the same office as us.
The working hours are between 08.00 til 18.00, you are free to decide when you want to start and end the day between these hours. You will work in our office in Chisinau. At the moment the office is vacant and you will be the only person working in this office.
You speak Norwegian and English.
We can offer a stable and long-term job and 38 hours a week.
