Answer calls from drivers and customers, helping with inquiries and support.
Track driver routes and keep everything on schedule.
Investigate complaints and ensure issues are resolved.
Update our software with essential data.
Maintain safety protocols and follow key operational processes.

No degree or experience is required – just a passion for learning and growth.
Strong communication skills (English required, multilingual is a big plus!)
