Requirements:

• For sales consultants, it is necessary to possess at least a completed high school education.
• Candidates for the position of section manager or store manager will have completed at least a bachelor's degree.
• Retail sales experience and a desire to start a career in retail sales are welcome.
• Candidates for the position of section manager and second manager/deputy manager will have a mandatory experience in the field of retail sales and fast-fashion.
• Cheerful and dynamic person, prone to teamwork.
• Good communication skills and persuasive skills.
• Leadership Qualities/Leadership Spirit.
• Achievement and result oriented person.
• Person open to development.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Person oriented towards a commercial approach.
• A good level of knowledge of the English language.

SALARY PACKAGE: Net salary of 5,750 MDL per month.

Job Description:

• To achieve their weekly and monthly sales targets.
• To increase the degree of customer satisfaction by identifying his expectations and needs.
• Arrange the products in the appropriate sections.
