Talent Management Coordinator

We are looking for Talent Management Coordinator to develop and maintain projects and programs that enable people to continuously grow, re-skill and connect professionally.
Type of contract: temporary (maternity replacement)

what you will be doing:

Design and implement talent management programs for employees
Analyze workforce needs and identify key talent
Design and update company skills matrix, including prospection on skills for future
Support Group initiatives on Talent Management
Create and manage development initiatives aiming to ensure future skills needed
Deliver Career Counseling services
Work on performance management system

What we are looking for:

Understanding of organizational design
Clear understanding of talent management processes.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent management
Strong user and/or certification in psychometric tools
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Ability to handle confidential material.
