Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote CreditPrime's consumer loan products.
Manage end-to-end marketing projects, from conceptualization to implementation and analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials.
Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of core digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, SMS marketing).
Experience in managing marketing projects for online and offline campaigns.
Proficiency in Russian and Romanian languages; English proficiency is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Valid driver's license (considered a benefit).
