Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a dispatcher
Fluent English skills at a B2 level or higher
Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role
Previous experience with Step Deck/Flatbed trailers is required

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and coordinating driver routes
Communicating between drivers and customers
Monitoring shipments and solving problems that arise during transportation
Maintaining documentation and providing customer service
Ensuring safety and compliance
Optimizing dispatching processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
