Participated as a guest speaker on Project management course.
Conducted a 2-days intensive course about Agile for beginners.
- Mentoring and leading Delivery managers team, setting Personal development plans, goals and metrics;
- Teaching and coaching in the company: agile practices, scrum, kanban, facilitation;
- Setting up processes for Delivery and Product teams: introducing daily stand-ups, delivery reviews, retrospectives, refinement, approach on estimations sessions, issue templates, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, metrics, OKR for delivery;
- Implementing and configuring Jira;
- Introducing and improving delivery metrics: cycle time, throughput, velocity;
- Launching new teams;
- Managing conflicts and resistance;
As the result, all delivery teams work using Jira, Agile practices and standard processes. Delivery cycle time was calculated and reduced from 50 days to 14 days. Projects were delivered by deadlines. Delivery managers started working as a team and participate in organizational change management.

- A new product launched to production from the idea and MVP, using scrum framework;
