The working hours are from: 18:00 to 22:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Prospect and identify new opportunities and customers (cold calls).
  • Answer calls and provide information to customers about our services.
  • Reach out to customers leads through cold calling.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Continue to develop sales skills and expand product knowledge.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Report to Operational Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Required competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English (B2-C1).
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • Should be comfortable with cold calling.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing more calls per day.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to the Operational Manager.

1. Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Growing revenue and contributing to the overall company sales goals.

2. Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

3. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
  • Effectively communicating product features and benefits to potential customers.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Providing feedback to the company on market needs and opportunities.
