HR-Consulting Srl on behalf of its client (an international automotive production company) s looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:

Quality Management Systems - Team Leader

Responsibilities and the main tasks:

Providing quality leadership and guidance on all QMS matters;
Enabling and monitoring the implementation and functionality of QMS in the plant;
Management of the reporting system, claim management system, QM system and audits, quality improvements initiatives;
Management of the internal and external complaints;
Management of the team: coordinate or define goals and tasks; support work execution, check, discuss and evaluate work results; conduct appraisal interviews and assess performance; planning and initiating further training; recognizing conflicts and pointing out solutions.

Requirements for the candidates:

A higher education degree;
Proficiency in spoken and written English;
Familiarity with quality standards and quality management processes;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in using the MS Office suite;
Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
Proactiveness, creativity, and stress resilience;
Independence and dynamism in action.
