Our Chisinau branch is expanding, and we are excited to welcome an excellent HR manager that will lead our team toward even greater success!

The role:

• HR manager is the vital part of our engine that is involved in keeping our fleet fed with top talent.

The key responsibilities are:

• Navigating through applications and holding initial interviews;
• Reviewing for compliance with our high standards;
• Discussing hiring decisions with our Safety and Compliance department;
• Leading the search for crucial personnel such as drivers and mechanics.

Work schedule:

• Shift: 15:00 – 23:00;
• Special conditions: some duties may require attention beyond regular working hours.

The person we are looking for:

• C1-level English language;
• Minimum 6 months of HR work experience or in the related fields;
• Team-minded with an excellent track record of making critical decisions.
