Administration Assistant (from 800€)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Main requirements:

  • Work experience in a similar position
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English and Russian
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills
