Import | Procurement Logistics Manager

Requirements to the candidate:

Higher education, preferably in the field of IT
Fluency in Russian, Romanian and English (C1 level)
Proficient PC user (1C, all Microsoft Office).

Main responsibilities:

Conducting business correspondence with both current and potential suppliers mainly in English sometimes in Romanian language
Travel and participation in international exhibitions (Europe, Asia) participation in negotiations both with existing Partners of the Company and with new potential suppliers, including assistance in interpretation if necessary.
Participation in the search for new suppliers.
Analysis of cost of goods and calculations for price formation (good command of figures, friendship with mathematics and Exell)
Formation of orders to suppliers, analysis of the company's stock and delivery terms to avoid "out of stock" situation.
Verification and preparation of accompanying documents for imports
Providing the broker with all necessary documents for customs clearance of the cargo
Coordination and control of conclusion of contracts for freight forwarding services with suppliers of cargo transportation services
Tracking of cargo location and control of delivery dates
