Head Accountant

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience of 5 to 10 years in the financial and accounting field, with a focus on trade, import, export, and online payments.
Higher or secondary education.
Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English languages.
Experience with 1C 8.3, knowledge of Excel and Word.
Experience in banking accounting, especially account entries, and experience in online commerce, is an advantage.
Management and coordination of the accounting team.
Ensuring compliance with tax and financial legislation in all aspects of the company's operations, including financial, tax, and regulatory reports to the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).
Efficient communication and collaboration with regulatory authorities, auditors, and the financial department.
Management of cash terminal operations.
