To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for an External Logistics Warehouse Responsible:
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
Bachelor degree
Experience on the same position – is an advantage
Romanian language is mandatory, English language – intermediate level
Italian language - is an advantage
Good computer skills, including the use of MS Office
Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the activity of the remote warehouse regarding the reception, storage and preparation of deliveries according to customer orders
Tracks stocks of finished products
Creates the necessary documents and ensures the correctness of the data in the system
Manages document flow and established records
Informs all interested parties about the activities required to fulfill the open orders and monitors their fulfillment according to the established schedule
