Accounts Payable & Receivable

Transimex Global Corp, a leading logistics company in the American market that provides reliable logistics services, is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company by managing both incoming and outgoing funds.
Responsibilities:

Process invoices and payments for vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage accounts receivable, including sending invoices, collecting payments, and chasing past due accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
