What does role involve:
Managing and growing customer relationships
Answer customer inquiries regarding products or services, presenting and recommending company services
Holding telephone negotiations
Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirements
Prepare research and survey reports for top management
Implement best practices in sales programs
