The Ideal Candidate:

Master of phone-fu with Jedi-like active listening and negotiating skills.
Fluent in the language of Shakespeare, with English proficiency levels soaring high (B2-C1).
CRM systems don't intimidate you; they bow to your command.
Customer retention is your middle name, and you're a shape-shifter when it comes to adapting to different profiles.
You juggle tasks like a circus performer, always prioritizing and managing time like a boss.
Previous experience in Sales or Outbound Calls to the US is like having a cheat code to success.
